We develop the architectural concept together with a strategy for use and operation, aligning the design with a clear business approach when the project requires it.

• Architectural and spatial concept

• Definition of typologies and program

• Analysis of use such as residential, rental, hospitality, or development

• Strategy for growth and operation

• Criteria for medium-term functionality and profitability

Preliminary Architectural Design

We develop the preliminary design with a clear formal and spatial definition of the project, considering materials, construction systems, and overall organization.

Includes:

• Architectural layout

• Volumetric definition and relationship with the surroundings

• Constructive criteria

• Initial cost estimation

Executive Project

In projects located in Mexico, we prepare the full technical documentation required for construction and execution.

For international projects, this stage is developed in collaboration with a local Architect of Record, who adapts the design to local regulations and produces the construction documentation.

Includes:

• Executive architectural drawings
• Construction details
• Technical specifications
• Coordination with engineering consultants
• Collaboration with local Architects of Record when required

Construction Support & Design Guardianship (optional)

We provide design support during the construction process to ensure the project is built according to the architectural intent.

In projects located in Mexico, this may include on-site visits and direct coordination with the construction team.

For international projects, this service is provided in collaboration with the local Architect of Record and technical team.
